How does Double Data work?
Every user of Virgin Mobile who has 7GB+ data on their plan will have their data quotas doubled automatically, at no additional cost. If you have 7GB of data on your plan, you will receive 14GB of data. The offer is applicable for Monthly, Six-Month, and 12-Month plans.
The promotion is now live and will run until 10th April 2023. The offer will be valid for six months from the purchase date.
Who can get it?
You can get it if you’re a new or existing customer. If you’re an existing customer, you’ll automatically get the offer when you renew your plan. All you need to have is 7GB+ data in your plan.
Things to know
- The plan won’t be applicable for 2GB or 4GB plans. You’ll need 7GB or more.
- Promotional data will not be sharable, or eligible for rollover to next month.
- If a plan is paused, downgraded or not renewed, the promotion will go away (There will be a 7-day grace period if it’s a failed payment issue).
- The promotional data will not be applicable for roaming.
If you want to redeem this offer, all you need to do is to follow the steps below.
- If you’re a new customer, buy any plan that has more than 7GB during the promo period and redeem the offer automatically.
- If you’re an existing customer with less than 7GB of data, simply upgrade your plan to have 7GB or more.
- You can also add an additional SIM to your account for your family and friends on the app. If the new SIM has 7GB+ data, that SIM will get the promotion.
