There’s lots in store for the coming year at Virgin Mobile. From new customer experiences, products, and more, 2023 is shaping up to be an exciting one at Virgin Mobile.

Virgin Mobile had a fantastic 2022. We proudly celebrated our 5th birthday, won seven awards, launched several sustainability initiatives, and launched new products like our awesome Home Internet – while we continued to give you a Virgin digital experience that we’re proud of.


In 2023, we’re even more excited as we’ll be focusing on giving you an ‘even better’ experience, not just through our flexible mobile plans, handy app, and superfast Home Internet – but there are more things coming your way - more attractive promotions, new tools to help service our customers and new experiential retail stores.


This year is about ‘Living a Life More Virgin’ and delivering brand experiences that are not just ordinary, but extraordinary.

  • Continuing to ‘Change Business for Good’ by supporting sustainability causes and investments in grassroots sport with Empire Sports Academy.
