This month Virgin Mobile introduces a new campaign, ‘Your plan, the way you like it.
At Virgin Mobile, we’re all about putting our customers first. Yes, that means you (not us!) and so we want to recognize and celebrate how diverse, unique and individual our customers really are.
We’ve been busy crunching the data, analyzing the science and checking the stats behind our customer stories. Why? Because we wanted to create a plan that truly caters to our customers that come from all walks of life and different backgrounds!
Each one of us is unique, with our own personal preferences and priorities and we wanted to celebrate this (and have a little bit of fun, too!)

Our campaign introduces three characters – Nassim, Mariam and Zeeshan – and tells their stories in a fun, engaging way.
We hope you’ll see a little bit of yourself in these cool characters that each have different priorities when it comes to their Virgin Mobile connection.
Some of you, like Nassim, are still hooked on getting a deal with our ‘Save 50%’ offers, purchasing it year after year. Meanwhile, some of you use so much data every month – a bit like our Mariam – that we realised offering an unlimited mobile plan could tick the box for you over any other offer.
