Do Not Call Registry (DNCR)

Active since September 2022.

Protecting You from Unwanted Calls

In compliance with the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA)'s regulations, the Do Not Call Registry (DNCR) is a nationwide service that empowers you to control telemarketing calls and messages. By adding your number to the DNCR, you'll opt out of receiving telemarketing communications from all companies in the UAE, including Virgin Mobile.

Key benefits:

  • No More Telemarketing: Once registered, you'll no longer receive unsolicited telemarketing calls, SMS, or emails
  • Service Messages: You'll continue to receive important service-related messages from Virgin Mobile
  • Indefinite Registration: Your number remains on the DNCR until you choose to remove it or your service is disconnected

How to register

You have multiple convenient options to register your number with the DNCR:

  1. Through the Virgin Mobile App:
    1. Open the Virgin Mobile app
    2. Navigate to 'Settings'
    3. Find the 'Manage third-party voice calls' option
    4. Enable the toggle and confirm to add your number to the DNCR
  2. Other Channels: Virgin Mobile also provides additional ways to register, such as visiting a Virgin Mobile store, contacting customer support, or using their website. Please check the Virgin Mobile website or app for the most up-to-date instructions

Remember: Adding your number to the DNCR is your choice, and you can remove it anytime if you wish to receive telemarketing communications again.
