Cancel your plan

• One month plan
  • You can't cancel, but you can pause your monthly plan at any time from within the Virgin Mobile app
• 6 and 12-month plans
  • You can cancel only in the last month (6th or 12th month of the plan). If you decide to cancel your plan earlier than the last month, please reach out to us. Once you cancel, your account will run until your renewal date and will automatically be terminated on the renewal date

Cancel your account

You can cancel your account by following these steps:

For iOS devices, tap on ‘More’ in the menu at the bottom of the screen. For Android devices, open your side menu.

1. 1. Spot your name, then tap on it to go to the ‘My Account’ screen
   2. Tap on ‘Terminate my account’
   3. Follow the instructions to terminate your account

If you decide to reactivate your account and your number, you’ll need to sign up again using your original email address within 12 months of the date of your previous termination. After 12 months, you will lose your number.

You can receive a refund for any remaining credit in your wallet.
