To use an eSIM, your device must be carrier-unlocked and eSIM-compatible. Please reference the list below (both for iOS and Android devices) to see if your device supports eSIM technology. (Note that country and carrier-specific restrictions may apply.)

APPLE

• An iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR, or later. For more details, please visit Apple eSIM on iPhone page.
• eSIM on iPhone is not offered in China mainland. In Hong Kong and Macao, some iPhone models feature eSIM.
