If you lose your eSIM registered device, please follow these steps:
1- Connect to the internet on your new device
2- Go to the "My Account" section on your phone and click on “My Number”, then on ʺI lost my phone”
3- Enter your password to verify your identity
4- Tick the box to deactivate the eSIM on your lost device
5- We will send you an email with a QR code to scan it and to auto-download the new eSIM profile to your compatible device
6- On your supported device go to Settings > Mobile data or Cellular > Tap Add data Cellular Plan > Scan the code to add the Virgin Mobile profile
Please note that eSIM activation requires physical presence in the UAE. If you lose your phone while overseas, you can deactivate the current eSIM, but you won't be able to activate a new eSIM until you return to the UAE.
