You can pay with a payment card when you:
- Sign up with Virgin Mobile
- Buy any added services for your plan (boosters, changing your plan)
Apple Pay

- Buy any customer purchases (boosters, changing your plan)
Cash
You can pay with cash when you want to:
- Get your SIM delivered
Voucher
You can pay with a voucher when you want to:
- Buy App Wallet Topup purchases

How can I change my payment method on the app?
Head to the "Payments" section on your app. You'll see it on the bottom bar, as soon as you log in. Spot payment method and change it to either card, wallet or Apple Pay.

How do I pay for my Virgin Mobile plan?
After installing the app, we will ask you for your payment details to purchase your plan, and these will be saved for all future payments. If you wish to change your payment method later, you can do this in the app. We think this makes your mobile life a little easier to manage.
